A friend of mine shared this one with us and it was so good I had to make it twice in one week to let my family try it. It reminds me of a mousse type pie, without the Moose…..;)

1   –   (14 oz.) cab sweetened condensed milk

1/3 –  cup lemon juice

1   –    cup mashed strawberries (fresh or frozen)

8 oz. whipped topping (like Cool Whip) thawed

1   –    graham cracker crust


In a large bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Fold in strawberries and whipped topping. Pour into graham cracker pie crust, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

(Hint: graham crackers mashed with melted butter makes a nice crust to save you money.)
