1 large cucumber (we prefer the English variety)
8 oz. sour cream
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, sliced
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Dash of lemon pepper seasoning

Use a food processor  or grater to shred cucumber until minced.
Squeeze out moisture from the shredded cucumber. Add cucumber to a
medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients until well-combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Note: This recipe makes a delicious dip for chips, pita chips,
vegetables or a great condiment for grilled meats.
