We can make Banana Bread ahead of time and freeze until the day before:

we use:

1 –  stick Margarine, melted           1-tsp. soda
1/2 – cup brown sugar                     2-Tbsp. Milk
1/2 – cup white sugar                      1-egg
1 1/2 – cup all purpose flour           1 1/2 C. bananas (mashed)
1 tsp. baking powder

Dissolve sugar in melted Margarine.
Add milk and egg. Mix well by hand.
Add flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Last, fold in mashed bananas.
Bake in well-greased loaf pan at 350º for about 40 minutes.

Tip: If you used muffin pans; bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
