If you have leftover Pumpkin from the holiday, try this one:

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

2  cup Flour                                   4 Eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cup Sugar                           16 oz. Fresh or canned pumpkin
2 tsp. Baking Powder                   1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground cloves               Your favorite frosting

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Stir in the next 3 ingredients.
Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with oil spray and spread ingredients into baking pan.
Cool for about 2 hours. Spread on frosting. Makes 48 bars!
