6 oz, Egg Noodles

1 1/2 Cups Creamed Cottage Cheese

1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream

1/4 Cup Minced onion

1 garlic clove – minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Salt

a Dash of Tabasco Sauce

1 Cup Cheddar or American Cheese (grated)


Prepare noodles by package directions and drain.

Combine Cottage Cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and tabasco in a large bowl.

Gently mix noodles with mixture of other ingredients. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with cheese.

Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Uncover and bake for another additional 15 minutes.

Easy to put together and it doesn’t require too much time away from the family. If you like more of a zing to your taste, just add a couple more dashes of Tabasco.
